Immigrant Fertility ("we", "us") operates this website, providing general guidance, checklists, directories and document tools for immigration, fertility and surrogacy, and medical travel. We are not a law firm, medical practice, agency, or immigration consultancy, and we do not provide legal, medical, or immigration advice.
Personal information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you request a free downloadable resource or save a Route Finder roadmap, we store your email address and the resource or route details to deliver it and follow up. When you use checklists, the document vault, cost calculators, or clinic inquiries, we store the data you enter so you can access it across sessions. When you pay for a premium membership we store a record of the plan and amount; card data is handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
How we use your information
To operate your account and saved dossier, to send transactional messages about your membership, to respond to clinic inquiries you submit, to improve our checklists and directories, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Document vault
Files you upload to your private document vault are associated with your account. You can delete any document at any time. We recommend you keep your own independent backup. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the documents you store.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and aggregate analytics to understand which guides and tools are used. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you for advertising on third-party sites.

Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and close your account, from your dashboard or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your saved checklist progress and document vault contents.

Because this is a cross-border platform, your data may be processed in a country other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children
This platform is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Surrogacy and family information is provided for adults making their own decisions.
