All content — checklists, guides, jurisdiction tables, document templates, cost calculators and clinic listings — is general information only. It is not legal, medical, immigration, or financial advice and does not create any professional relationship. You must retain qualified, licensed counsel in the relevant jurisdiction before acting on any information here.
No guarantee of outcomes
Immigration decisions, surrogacy arrangements and medical treatment outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We make no representation that following any checklist will result in a particular outcome, approval, or treatment result.
Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and submitting inquiries, and not to misuse the platform or submit content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
User content and document vault
You retain ownership of the documents and notes you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them back to you within your account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any document you upload. We may remove content that we believe breaches these terms or applicable law.
Document templates
Premium Vault document templates and generated drafts are starting points, not finished legal documents. They must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction before use. We are not liable for consequences arising from use of a template without such review.
Clinic directory and reviews
Clinic listings and metrics are provided by clinics or public sources and may change without notice. Reviews are the opinions of their authors. We do not endorse any clinic and are not a party to any agreement between you and a clinic. Always verify accreditation and credentials directly with the issuing authority.
Affiliate links and advertising
This site participates in the Amazon Associates program and may display affiliate links. We earn from qualifying purchases. Affiliate links are labeled as advertisements. We are not responsible for the products or services of third-party sellers.
Membership and payments
Membership is offered in tiers: Basic Vault ($49, one-time), Pro Dossier ($149, one-time), and Concierge ($499, one-time), with prices subject to change. A free tier provides checklist and directory access. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for new subscribers at any time; existing subscribers will be notified.
Intellectual property
The platform design, checklists, guides and templates are owned by or licensed to Immigrant Fertility. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish our content or templates for commercial use without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, and in no event are we liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email or on the platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
